Rob has over 30 years’ experience in IT working for large corporations through to small start-up businesses. In 2002 Rob co-founded Vnetrix, one of the first MSPs in the UK. Under Rob’s leadership Vnetrix has built a top-class reputation for I.T. service excellence and flexibility in delivering what the client needs. The dedicated focus on service excellence combined with modular service design has brought huge benefits to Vnetrix clients and continues to be the bedrock of Vnetrix success. A former board member of the MSP Alliance, the organisation that helped shape the MSP industry, Rob is passionate about the responsibilities Managed Service Providers have in supporting their clients. Rob holds an MBA from Reading University. Outside of work he is a passionate Formula One fan and enjoys following football and international rugby.

CATHERINE BURKE
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Catherine has worked in IT Operations for over 30 years in both large and small businesses. During her career Catherine has built an enviable reputation for operational excellence, first class customer service, and strong client relationships. Catherine joined Vnetrix at its inception in 2002 and has been a key figure in building the Vnetrix reputation as a premium Managed Service Provider. Her experience is called on in many aspects of the business but her primary focus is leading the operations team, a role she has held for over 20 years. Being a member of the management team Catherine plays a key part in planning the future strategy of the business a role which is both exciting and challenging.

Martin’s career has spanned 35 years working with IT, both with end-user and vendor organisations. As well as co-founding Vnetrix he has worked on a number of other business start-ups including Clarity Payment Systems Inc – an online prepaid card business in the US, Borderlinx – an internet fulfilment business for international shipping and more recently BigFactoryOutlet – a global eCommerce business providing consumer products direct from point of manufacture sold via online sales channels. Prior to these, Martin was the eBusiness Director for DHL Europe developing and deploying internet and PC-based shipping tools, telephone-based systems and websites. Martin has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
